Karate for Kids Program

  • Karate for Kids provides comprehensive Songahm Taekwondo instruction customized to be fun, yet fulfilling for each child to consistently progress.
  • Students will have enhanced self-esteem through physical activity and fitness.

Leadership Program

Martial Arts Adults

It's never too late to start something new and many martial artists begin their journey to black belt as teens or adults. Whether you are in excellent physical condition, looking to lose weight, or just trying to find a new and exciting way to workout, many adults find what they want in martial arts training.

  • For adults, the emphasis of the curriculum is fitness through power, strength, speed and endurance.
  • You will also learn real-life self defense that can be applied in today's world.
  • Martial arts techniques utilize all of the muscles of the body so getting in shape and learning to protect yourself is both exciting and beneficial.
  • The core values of Songahm Taekwondo are still at the forefront of each lesson which adults find useful in their lives personally and professionally.
  • Our goal at ATA is to provide our students with the tools to have good health and positive quality of life.

Class Schedule

There will be changes to the calendar. We are adding additional Master Club classes and shifting current schedule to accomodate that on Tuesdays. New calendar will be effective starting 4/1/2026.

What should I wear to my first class?

Comfortable athletic clothing is sufficient for your first class. A uniform (gi) will be discussed once you enroll.
